A Family Tradition

Sarah grew up in the Caribbean island of Trinidad where all the food her family ate was fresh and naturally healthy.  Fish that was caught this morning, for example, was delivered to the front door on ice the same afternoon.  Mango, coconut, avocado, orange, grapefruit, and dozens of other fruit trees grow all around her family home.  As a little girl her treats were not candy and cookies, they were an assortment of tropical fruits and all natural foods.  Sarah continued eating all natural, healthy food when moving to the US in her 20's.

Sarah met and fell in love with her husband Daniel in Branson, MO.  Daniel grew up in the Midwest eating less-than-healthy foods.  Shortly after marriage when Sarah was trying to encourage Daniel to eat healthy foods, he told her "if you can make something healthy that actually tastes good and I can eat it in the car while driving to work, I'll eat it."  He thought that was the end of it.  One year later Sarah asked Daniel to try an Oat -N- Fruit muffin she had created.  He was instantly addicted and has been for nearly a decade!

Over the years the couple has traveled extensively and always bring a few extra muffins to share with friends and family.  Whenever someone tries a muffin for the first time, they exclaim "you should sell these!"  After finding out a close family friend's active 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and sad that she would not be able to enjoy some of her favorite foods like donuts at the beginning of 2020, Sarah decided it was time to make her miracle muffins accessible to everyone.  She has since introduced several new flavors that appeal to almost everyone's taste buds.

Why are they called miracle muffins?  Take one bite of these gluten-free, no sugar added, all natural muffins and you'll understand!
